Ohhhh lawdddd! When I say I eat better now that I’m vegan, I don’t just mean because it’s good for your health.. I’m talking everything just taste more delicious!!

Switching to a Plant-Based Diet doesn’t have to be hard! In fact, switching your diet can be quite fun! Learning the nutritional benefits of the foods you put into your body is so huge!!! Not only do you lower your cholesterol intake when you quit eating meat, but you do numerous great things for our environment!! You save an animals life, you have more energy, better mental clarity and overall you see life in a different way!

Quinoa Veggie Stir-fry with Zucchini Noodles + Asparagus!!!

Ingredients:
Quinoa, Mushrooms, Peppers, Celery, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Asparagus, Zucchini, Garlic Cloves, Himalayan Pink Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Fennel, Bay Leaves, Oregano, Honey Garlic BBQ, Grape Seed Oil, Hemp Hearts
PREP:
- Slice up all veggies (except asparagus) - Use Spiralizer for Zucchini
STEPS:
- Cook Quinoa in pot Heat pan to medium, add grape seed oil and (3) diced garlic cloves - Fry up sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, shredded carrots, celery & peppers, add spices. - Heat separate pan with grape seed oil, diced garlic, pepper & zucchini for 1-2 minutes then remove from heat - Fry up asparagus separately with spice - Dish, top with hemp hearts, serve & enjoy!
